| Description: | FOR SALE OR RENT: REBUILT 10x12-22 BB1 single stage complete centrifugal pump, 12" suction, 10" discharge, 22 1/2" impeller. 5700 GPM, 450 tdh, 1750 rpm. Good used checked and tested Caterpillar D-349TA diesel engine. The pump is a ductile iron case and 22 ½” new stainless steel impeller. The pump shaft is stainless steel, the wear rings and sleeves are bronze. The mechanical seals are John Crane Type 8 single pusher component seal, carbon and tungsten carbide faces, viton elastomers, stainless steel metals. The hour meter on the engine reads 610.This unit is equipped with a PLC based monitoring and control center in a NEMA 4 enclosure. The enclosure is located adjacent to the engine throttle and the clutch lever for easy operation. The user interface is a seven inch touch screen located in the enclosure with the On / Off switch, a battery volt meter, and E-Stop switch. An ethernet switch is also included in the enclosure enabling connection to a network. The pump is fitted with sensors to monitor vibration, bearing oil temperatures, pump speed, suction pressure, and discharge pressure. The suction and discharge sensors have LED displays at the sensor location. Sensors on the engine monitor fuel pressure, coolant temperature, oil pressure, engine speed, and exhaust temperature. System operation outside of normal limits will produce alarm messages on the touch screen. Continued operation beyond preset trip points will trigger an engine shut down. An alarm message on the touch screen will indicate the cause of the shutdown. |
